The challenge
The operation had grown beyond disconnected tools.
Employee attendance, production, job orders, payroll, advances, invoices, and firm-wise reporting were managed through manual, spreadsheet-based, and separate tracking processes. Fragmented records slowed calculations and job-progress visibility while increasing the risk of duplicate entries and reporting errors.

VedaTech designed and built a custom web-based ERP and CRM workspace that brings employee administration, attendance, production, payroll, billing, reporting, and security controls into one role-aware system. The platform was deployed on a Hostinger VPS with Nginx, systemd, HTTPS, and a GitHub-based deployment flow.
